Job Description

This Senior R&D position comes from a multi-national manufacturer and global leader in the design and manufacture of electro-mechanical products into highly regulated industries. Working within the R&D team you will work with stakeholders across the wider business to deliver product development and introduction projects on time to budget and to specification and quality targets.

The business will be looking for you to drive results in the following key areas:

-          Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects within budget, to planned time-to-market and to agreed standards


-          Present regular process updates and escalate any issues to senior management


-          Identify and manager internal and external stakeholder relationships


-          Crate and maintain project plans, risk management registers and project estimates


-          Identify improvements to existing processes within the business

-          Experienced working within a highly regulated and audited environment – medical devices would be beneficial
