Achieving your sales targets and taking the companies gas to power solutions to national energy providers and large energy consumers will be your main responsibility. Developing a detailed and technically sound solution for each customer is what will lead you to succeed in the role. Relationship building over a period of months to understand the client in depth rather than quick sales will be the order of the day- but the close is still important!
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in sales in the power generation industry
- An understanding of the technical and financial procedures in the industry
- Has a proven track record of meeting sales targets on large projects
- Can develop and expand relationships with clients with the majority of the time being client facing
- An ability to understand complex conceptual ideas and processes
- A willingness to travel
