I am currently looking to recruit the industry’s top Mechanical Design Engineers for Senior and Principal Roles in the Warwickshire area.  If you are an innovative engineer, passionate about your role and keen to work in a varied and challenging environment to bring new technology to market then we are keen to hear from you.

As an experienced Mechanical Engineer you will be responsible for developing mechanical designs for a range of products and processes. You will work in a customer facing role across a global client base of leading names and have the opportunity to take on technical leadership and project management responsibilities.

Your role will see you working in multi-disciplined teams on major development projects as you work together to solve complex engineering problems and bring together the visual and functional aspects of a product.

To fill this exciting role they require the following skills and experience:

-          An excellent 1st or 2:1 degree in Mechanical Engineering

-          Strong technical abilities in Concept Generation, System level design, engineering analysis, detail design, 3D CAD, prototyping and lab testing, materials selection, analysis of static, dynamic, fluid or thermodynamic systems, design for manufacture

-          Experience working in a product design environment playing a key technical role in the development team

-          Ability to work in a customer facing role, leading projects to come in in  line with QCD targets

-          Excellent creative problem solving ability

-          Enthusiastic about engineering and passionate about your work.
